I was commissioned to draw this illustration for a client who was working with this man, Otis, to sell t-shirts with his likeness on them. Otis is a popular figure at his local speedway, and we can see why! The client wanted a mild caricature of Otis with a simple design of the track and fans that would read well on shirts.
